- Advertisement -ISLAMABAD, Jan 29 (APP):The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday directed to schedule the case for February 20, against the appointment of the same officer to the two posts of Chairman CDA and Chief Commissioner. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro heard the miscellaneous request to fix the case for early hearing. Lawyer Riaz Hanif Rahi requested that the matter is of an important nature and the case should be fixed for immediate hearing. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro remarked that first we fix the main case and then we will decide after hearing. The court directed to fix the main case for February 20.
