Warsaw Man Arrested For Allegedly Failing To Return To Work Release

Staff ReportWARSAW – A Warsaw man was recently arrested for allegedly failing to return to the Kosciusko County Work Release center.
According to court documents, Hollett received a two-year Kosciusko County Jail sentence, with one year executed and one year suspended on probation.
Hollett received authorization to serve the executed part of his sentence in the Kosciusko County Work Release program, with his application being approved on Aug. 13, 2025.
On Jan. 21, 2026, work release representatives reported Hollett failed to return to the facility after he left work.
Hollett’s work supervisor said Hollett didn’t appear in a “right state of mind” and asked Hollett to leave work due to his condition.
