Kevin Clay, founder of local PR, marketing and branding agency Big Spoon Co., announced this month he has exited the company, leaving business partner Enrique Mendez as the sole owner. Clay founded Big Spoon in 2013. “I’m very proud of the work I’ve done with Big Spoon. “I’m loving (it) because it builds off of my skills and expertise I’ve been able to gather working in food, beverage and hospitality through Big Spoon,” he said. Mendez, who hails from Guatemala, joined the fold in 2020 when his marketing shop, Design By E, merged with Big Spoon.
