A Farmington Hills felon accused of murdering his brother in 2024 is no longer challenging the related criminal charges. A no contest plea is not an admission of guilt but is treated as such for sentencing purposes. Williams was killed at an apartment home on Saratoga Circle, near 11 Mile and Halstead roads. Logan fled the scene but was arrested the next day in Warren, with assistance from police there. Logan is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 24 by Judge Jacob Cunningham.
