LAHORE: Monkeypox cases continue to pose a growing threat in Faisalabad as two more individuals suspected of carrying the virus have been moved to the isolation ward within the past 24 hours, according to hospital officials. Sources within the hospital revealed that the two patients, observed to exhibit monkeypox symptoms, were relocated to isolation following preliminary evaluations. The hospital administration reported a total of 18 confirmed monkeypox cases to date in Faisalabad. Hospital officials emphasized that established treatment protocols are being rigorously adhered to in efforts to mitigate further issues. With suspected cases still surfacing, medical teams are maintaining a state of readiness.
