WEB DESK: In the first T20 match between Pakistan and Australia, Pakistan opted to bat first but managed to post a modest total of 168/8 in their allotted 20 overs. The innings began disastrously for Pakistan as Sahibzada Farhan was dismissed on the very first delivery by Xavier Bartlett. However, Saim Ayub and skipper Salman Agha steadied the ship with a solid half-century partnership for the second wicket. Ayub’s promising innings came to an end at 40 runs when Adam Zampa broke the partnership. Adam Zampa was the star performer with the ball, finishing with impressive figures of 4/24 in his four overs.
