In a landmark ruling, the Sindh High Court has mandated that all private schools in the province provide free education to 10% of their students. Private schools are now required to submit proof of compliance, and officials who fail to enforce these rules will be held personally accountable. “Schools that fail to implement the free education quota will face legal consequences,” the court warned.
