Greater Manchester Police are appealing to the public to help find 45-year-old Neil Robb. He is believed to also have links to Blackpool. Anyone with information about Robb's whereabouts is urged to contact the police on 07393145239 or 07774124501. Information can also be submitted anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
