A 72-year-old Pennsylvania man has been charged with stalking and harassing Gov. Stephen M. Cilurso allegedly left sexually explicit and derogatory messages for the then-U.S. Congresswoman and gubernatorial candidate in October and November. New Jersey State Police issued a warrant for stalking and harassment on Jan. 22. Marshals arrested Cilurso on Wednesday in Aldan, Pa.State Police didn’t immediately provide additional information about the nature of the charged. In 2021, Cilurso was arrested after allegedly sending a series of harassing and lewd voicemail messages to U.S. Representative Madeleine Dean (D-Pa).
