Students at NLUO are trained by a group of experienced, dynamic, young and most significantly committed teachers. ABOUT THE COMPETITIONThe competition is designed to nurture the craft of judicial writing by placing law students in the role of a judge. The competition seeks to strengthen the ability of young law students to think like judges and adjudicate while balancing competing claims, evaluating evidence and presenting facts in a structured manner. It is meant to be a space for learning that goes beyond the competitive part of the judgment writing event. RULES OF THE COMPETITIONEvent Structure:• The Nyāya Udghosh 2026 shall comprise two events (completely online):(a) The Judgment Writing Competition(b) The ConclaveEligibility:• Open to undergraduate law students for the competition.
