Valley Springs, CA…The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office is providing an update regarding the reported threat made against Jenny Lind Elementary School involving the school’s public address (PA) system. School officials and the Sheriff’s Office worked immediately and cooperatively to ensure this. Mr. Combs has been booked into the Calaveras County Jail for a felony violation of California Penal Code 422 (Criminal Threats). The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office emphasizes that threats made against schools will not be tolerated at any level.
