Paul Hall started Sole Mates, a monthly walking group for men and dads in Redditch and Bromsgrove, to offer a relaxed and welcoming space for men to get outdoors, meet others and build a supportive network. Mr Hall said: "I started Sole Mates because I know how easy it is for men to feel isolated, especially when you’re juggling caring responsibilities. The group is open to all men, including dads, male carers and anyone seeking connection and companionship. Sole Mates runs on the first Sunday of every month and is free to join. Walks take place at Sanders Park in Bromsgrove from 10am to 11am and Arrow Valley Park in Redditch from 12pm to 1pm.
