After eight years at the helm, owners of Harbour Kitchen (HK), Brian and Caroline Hicks, say they have made the tough decision to not renew their lease. The couple took on the high street restaurant in July 2017, when their son was just six months old. Over the years, the business has continued to grow in popularity, even launching an 'on the road' format. Now, after a 'wonderful' eight years, Caroline and Brian say now is the right time to bid farwell to Harbour Kitchen.
