The proposed building would include a classroom, two sensory rooms, two group rooms, a lobby area, staff offices, accessible and standard toilets, and a plant room.
A curtain partition would allow one of the group rooms to be divided into two separate spaces if required.
According to the application, the current block has a gross internal floorspace of 129.9 square metres.
The replacement building would increase this to 142.2 square metres — a net increase of just over 12 square metres.
The Gerrards Cross Church of England School is a mixed primary academy for children aged four to 11.
