Officers from the Sudbury Community Policing Team stopped the female in Sudbury on Tuesday, following information that she may be driving under the influence of drugs, with her young child in the car. The driver then provided a positive roadside drug test and was arrested, before being taken into custody for evidential samples to be taken. A spokesman for Suffolk police said: "Driving under the influence shows a total disregard for the law and places other road users, the driver, and most importantly her child at serious risk."
