The Environment Agency is still monitoring the River Stour, with the alert in place due to the potential of flooding in the areas of Sudbury, Stratford St Mary and Dedham. This comes after Storm Chandra inundated the county with heavy rain, with four flood warnings in place at the start of the week. A spokesman for the Environment Agency said: "Areas most at risk are riverside areas of the River Stour between Sudbury and Dedham. In Langham, local roads are prone to flooding, and cars may become stranded on Sky Hall Hill Road, Wick Road and Lower Farm Road. They are continuing to monitor the river levels as well as rainfall, and will update information.
