The National Coordinator of the District Road Improvement Programme, Nii Lante Vanderpuye, has cautioned the National Democratic Congress (NDC) against pursuing a review of the Supreme Court’s ruling on the Kpandai parliamentary election, describing such a move as costly and unlikely to yield meaningful gains. Mr Vanderpuye said prolonged post-election litigation often drains time, financial resources and political capital, while offering little strategic benefit to political parties. I will urge them that if they think there is enough fact and evidence for them to be able to ask the Supreme Court to review their decision, then fine.
