Mrs Saville Roberts has apologised for registering these donations late, and said she “fully accepts” the commissioner’s findings.
An investigation was launched after a complaint was made in December that Mrs Saville Roberts had not declared 10 separate donations, within 28 days.
These all related to the administration and coordination of the Justice Unions Parliamentary Group, a cross-party group which Mrs Saville Roberts co-chairs.
While Mr Greenberg concluded that Mrs Saville Roberts had breached the House of Commons Code of Conduct, he said he was “satisfied that the breach could be fairly described as inadvertent”.
Mrs Saville Roberts said she receives “no personal financial benefit whatsoever” for her role as co-chair of the Justice Unions Parliamentary Group.
