Moments later, video captured by a witness shows a woman confronting Bell police officers. In the video, she yelled at officers for blocking the entrance after being denied entry into the meeting. It appears two groups of demonstrators had gathered outside of Wednesday's meeting, one protesting the ongoing immigration crackdown. The council meeting went into recess.
