THE LAND DEVELOPMENT Agency has announced the planned delivery of 779 apartments in Fairview in Dublin 3. Richmond Village is being constructed on the site of St Vincent’s Hospital in Fairview, just over 2km northwest of the city centre, the LDA said. Works began this month on the project and the development is due to be fully completed by 2029.
