Michael Glover, 58, of St Bride’s View in Roch, was charged with discharging a firework within 50 feet of a highway. The prosecution alleged that Glover set off a firework on Castle Square on November 8 which interrupted or endangered other people present. He was fined £80 and was ordered to pay £85 in costs.
