He and Mike previously lived in a top-floor flat 20 houses down on the same street and were keen to get their teeth into a renovation. This property, a mid-terrace which hadn’t been updated for more than 40 years, provided just the challenge they were seeking. “We wanted to be able to put our own stamp and personality on something, and thought it’d be fun. We really like watching property shows and love snooping around people’s houses,” he shares.
