The weather overall is expected to be much of the same through the end of the week which means sunshine and very cold temperatures. Milder weather will start to push into the region this weekend, but that will come with some light snow likely on Sunday. There will be plentiful sunshine with daytime highs in the upper single digits to lower teens, but subzero wind chills are expected through the day. Milder air will start to nudge into the region Saturday as temperatures push into the middle or upper teens for highs under a mostly sunny sky with lower or middle 20s likely on Sunday. At this time, snow will be likely sometime around the middle or late morning hours and continue into the evening.
