Police cuff man with national warrants who’d been evading arrestBy MEDICINE HAT NEWS on January 29, 2026. Police have arrested Chad Lentz, 46, who was wanted on numerous nationwide warrants. On Wednesday, the Medicine Hat Police Service said officers located and arrested Lentz following an extensive co-ordinated investigation into his whereabouts. Police originally sought information from the public on Lentz’s whereabouts on Dec. 30, believing he was avoiding detection by altering his appearance and wearing disguises. Police say Lentz is now in custody, with no details yet on his next scheduled court appearance.
