CXO appointmentFrom 1 February, Cat Moseley will move into the newly created role of chief experience officer, overseeing group marketing alongside her existing leadership of the people function. Moseley joined Butcombe two years ago and has since played a key role in elevating the group’s people strategy. Under the new position, she will align colleague and guest experience by bringing marketing and people under a single leadership structure. Richard Maslin has been appointed group property and commercial director, adding responsibility for the group’s tenanted division. He brings extensive sector experience across property, operations and commercial leadership in pubs.
