By Telangana Today Updated On - 29 January 2026, 11:33 AMHyderabad: Expressing concern over deteriorating policing in the State, former Congress MP Madhu Yashki Goud alleged that a few IPS officers were setting aside their responsibility of monitoring law and order and were involving themselves in land settlements. “I strongly condemn the conduct of a few IPS officers. Referring to the tussle between turncoat MLAs and loyal Congress leaders in a few constituencies, the former MP admitted that it was a serious issue that needed to be addressed. “In the guise of striving development, a few MLAs had joined the Congress but any attempts to harass or blackmail the loyal leaders will not be tolerated,” he stressed.
