Mrs Mitchell described how during heavy rain, water pours into their living room from the balcony above their flat, where she believes there is a crack. But staying out of the living room has become more difficult for Mrs Mitchell, who was diagnosed with prolapsed discs. She now has to use a hospital bed which is in the living room near the leak.
