The gin will launch as part of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) Gin Shop Programme, which runs from April to September 2026. Tarsier Chilli & Lemongrass Gin is inspired by Thailand’s vibrant street food culture, combining fresh lemongrass, chilli, and fragrant makrut lime leaves. Bobby Panchu, retail director of Tre-Amici Wines, commented on the launch: “We’re delighted to be launching Tarsier Gin in Ontario through the LCBO’s Gin Shop Program from April to September 2026. A top-shelf, characterful gin at an accessible price point.”Tarsier Chilli & Lemongrass Gin will be available in select LCBO stores and online starting April 2026, while supplies last.
