Maurice Doyle, Cotswolds’ chairman of the board of directors, confirmed to The Spirits Business: “Jeremy Parsons will step down from his role as chief executive officer of the Cotswolds Distillery at the end of January 2026. “Daniel Szor will combine the role of founder and CEO going forward, supported by a talented leadership team. Our focus is on delivering the next phase of growth for the Cotswolds Distillery brand and business, both in the UK and in our priority international markets.”Parsons joined Cotswolds Distillery in June 2022.
