Specialist lender Hope Capital Property Finance has expanded its dual representation solicitor panel to enhance its delivery of fast completions. Three additional solicitor firms have been added to the panel, expanding it to eight legal partners in total, expected to help Hope Capital streamline the process. This announcement comes after the lender launched its Dual+ bridging range this week, priced at 0.79% at 75% loan to value (LTV).
