Malik Reneau had a team-leading 20 points and added five rebounds and three assists as Miami rallied in the second half for a come-from-behind 79-70 victory against visiting Stanford on Wednesday. Miami was held without a field goal for 5:49 to end the first half and trailed 40-35 at the half. Benny Gealer hit Stanford’s first 3-pointer of the half to stop the bleeding, but Miami took a 71-61 lead with 1:20 remaining. Three early turnovers for Stanford aided Miami’s 7-0 run to go up 11-2 with 16:26 to go in the first half. Stanford went on a late 8-0 run and took a 34-33 lead on a second-chance layup by Agarwal with 1:55 remaining.
