Alan Docherty, 43, is alleged to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, shouted, swore, and acted in an aggressive and disorderly manner. The charge states that it will be proved the alleged offence was aggravated by prejudice related to race, colour, nationality, or ethnic or national origins. Docherty, of South Street, is said to have committed the offence on January 19, 2025. The matter has been continued without plea until February 20.
