Sean McCluskey, 35, is said to have behaved in a threatening or abusive manner while he was on bail. The charge states McCluskey, of the Inverclyde Centre, had a knife without reasonable excuse or lawful authority. The offences are alleged to have taken place on September 21, 2024 at a flat in Shore Street, and are said to have been aggravated by the abuse of a partner or ex-partner. The matter has been continued without plea until February 6.
