Cheshire Police has issued a community protection warning (CPW) on land between Higher Walton, Daresbury, and Moore. It comes following repeated reports of anti-social behaviour involving off-road motorcyclists in the vicinity, causing alarm, distress, and disruption to residents and businesses. In addition, it must be ensured that all mechanically propelled vehicles being brought to the site are transported using suitable means over public highways. “Many people reported feeling unsafe in their own community due to the activity taking place at the site. “If these behaviours persist, we will not hesitate to pursue further action, which could include a community protection notice, closure order, or a criminal behaviour order.”
