The husband-and-wife founding team, Kelly and Olly, have got the keys for 125 High Street, Eton, and are set to open their business Kolly Coffee soon. An opening date is yet to be announced for the café, which prides itself on serving coffee for everyday drinkers, alongside a rotating selection of guest espresso and filter coffees for those who are particularly passionate about speciality coffee. Milk is supplied by Lacey’s, a family-run farm near High Wycombe, and other local products can be found on the retail shelves, include Bucks honey from Parslow Apiaries, produced by Barry. Olly comes from a speciality coffee background and has long dreamed of opening a coffee shop, whereas Kelly comes from a care background and has a passion for making people feel at home. The team believes great coffee is only part of the experience and that is the community around it is equally important.
