Jamnagar: A cheating case has come to light during the ongoing police recruitment practical examination in Jamnagar, after two candidates were caught committing irregularities in the running test. Police recruitment physical tests are being held across Gujarat, with about 1,600 candidates appearing daily at the Jamnagar Police Headquarters ground. On January 21, 908 candidates attended the exam, where each participant must complete 5,000 metres within 25 minutes. Officials found that the running chip assigned to candidate Arjunsinh Sukhubha Jadeja was not registering any data. Verification from the Gandhinagar Control Room confirmed that the chip was inactive.
