Red Line, Commuter Rail delays linger after massive winter storm

The MBTA has warned Red Line riders to expect delays due to lingering impacts from the massive winter storm that dumped nearly two feet of snow on Boston.

The Red Line has some of the oldest subway cars in the country and is awaiting hundreds of new cars to add to the fleet.
These service interruptions are again attributed to ongoing winter storm impacts and continued cold temperatures.
