The French real estate group Catinvest announces the completion of a 10,500 square metres extension of ElectroPutere Mall Craiova, delivered through a total investment of 22 million euro. Following the new extension, ElectroPutere Mall reaches a total retail area of approximately 62,000 square metres, positioning it among the top three shopping centres outside Bucharest. In addition to the increase in retail space, the project also includes an expansion of parking capacity. The French real estate group Catinvest, which owns and operates ElectroPutere Parc in Craiova, has a diversified portfolio of projects across Romania and Central and Eastern Europe. Overall, Catinvest owns and manages over 525,000 square metres of retail space across France and Eastern Europe.
