Chery Automotive’s pickup-focused sub-brand Rely has officially entered the electric truck segment with the launch of the Rely R08 EV, the brand’s first fully electric pickup truck. The Rely R08 EV is available in both rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) configurations. The RWD version is powered by a 150 kW (200 hp) electric motor producing 350 Nm of torque. Inside, the R08 EV features a modern cabin with either a 12.3-inch or 15.6-inch central infotainment display, depending on the trim level. Pricing for the Rely R08 EV starts at 127,800 yuan (approximately $18,300) and tops out at 158,800 yuan ($22,800), making it one of the most affordable electric pickups in its segment.
