Thrive Alliance is opening a new meal site on the east side of Columbus. According to the non-profit group, the congregate meal site will be available at Bartholomew County Public Library Eastside. The meals will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekdays, with doors opening at 10 a.m. The new site started serving meals on Tuesday, but had to cancel yesterday due to a water main break in the area. Thrive Alliance is the Indiana Agency for Aging for Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson and Jennings Counties.
