It happened around 6:45 a.m. on the 6100 block of Ridge Avenue. Crews arrived to find flames on the outside deck of a three-story building and several propane tanks on fire. Firefighters remove several propane tanks that caught on fire outside of a business in Philadelphia's Roxborough neighborhood. Chopper 6 was overhead as firefighters moved the burnt tanks away from the building and into snow nearby to cool.
