Our Yorkshire Pub Rescue with Jon Richardson, a new four-part observational series is set to air on More4 at 9pm on Wednesday, February 4. The show follows efforts to restore the once-derelict pub - The Plough in Fadmoor, North Yorkshire - and will be broadcast on consecutive Wednesdays throughout February. Peter Jones, chairman of Fadmoor Community Pub Limited, said: "As you will see, there is a lot of work that needs to be done to renovate this derelict pub and to breathe fresh life back into the building. The programme will highlight the efforts of The Plough’s committee, volunteers, and the wider Fadmoor community as they work to bring the pub back into use with support from comedian Jon Richardson. The first episode sees Jon Richardson meeting committee members and volunteers, helping to demolish the toilet block, and gathering supplies for the workers.
