Family of the late Kwadwo Adu and GFA officialsThe family of Emmanuel Kwadwo Adu, a former Vice-Chairman of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), on Tuesday, January 27, officially informed the leadership of the Association of his death during a visit to the GFA Secretariat. Emmanuel Kwadwo Adu served as Vice-Chairman of the GFA between 1992 and 1994 and played a significant role in the administration of Ghana football during that period. Beyond football, the late Adu had a distinguished diplomatic and business career. He served Ghana as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland, before later being posted to Benin. Emmanuel Kwadwo Adu also left a lasting legacy in Ghana’s media industry.
