The Stand Up For Cider comedy competition will kick off its 2026 season on Friday, February 27 at the Creative Innovation Centre (CICCIC) on Paul Street in Taunton. Now in its 13th year, the competition gives amateur and semi-professional comedians the chance to perform in front of live audiences and make their mark on the west country comedy scene. Trish Caller of Genius PR and Events, which runs the competition, said: "I am super excited about Stand Up For Cider this year. "A show that brings together two of my loves: stand up and cider.
