Mr Oliphant brings more than 23 years of experience in life safety, having most recently served as director at a leading UK national fire consultancy. The growth in Harmony Fire’s consultancy services corresponds with an increasingly complex and dynamic regulatory environment. Harmony Fire delivers life safety services to housing associations, local authorities, and the NHS.
