Cheshire Coroner's Court has heard how he had been in hospital for two days after an incident at his home on Tuesday, January 13. An inquest is now open into the death after an initial hearing at the coroner's court this week. The police coroner's officer said: "The reason for the inquest is an unnatural cause of death. "It is requested that the inquest be opened and adjourned for further work to be completed." Ms Davies said: "I am going to formally open and adjourn for further work to be completed."
