She said: “The Home Secretary has set out plans and specifically highlighted the importance of neighbourhood policing with police out in the community. “I raised this issue directly with the Prime Minister last week because everyone in Chester South and Eddisbury deserves to have visible neighbourhood policing that is accessible and effective in their community.
