MARTIN SCARROTT, 60, of Knights Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating in Oxford on November 2 and 11 last year.
He was banned from the Holiday Inn Express in Oxford for four months and ordered to pay compensation of £100.
He was ordered to pay costs of £150, a victim surcharge of £352 and a fine of £880.
BASIL MGUINI, 37, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to 11 counts of theft from shops in Bicester in October, November and December last year.
He also pleaded guilty to driving without third party insurance and without a licence on the same occasion.
