Natalie Cassidy, best known for playing Sonia Fowler in the soap, is set to bring her Live With Nat podcast tour to Colchester Arts Centre on February 28. Cassidy first appeared as Sonia in 1993 and after leaving in 2007, made sporadic returns in 2010 and 2011, before rejoining the cast in 2014. Some of the storylines Sonia has appeared in include affairs, feuds, bereavements, family problems, teenage pregnancy and a cancer scare. A spokesperson for the actor said: “After jabbering on about it every week on her podcast, ultimate hun Natalie Cassidy is stepping into the world of live podcasting with a very special live tour. “Nat is a much-loved actress with over 30 years’ experience, best known for her long-standing role as Sonia Fowler in the BBC’s EastEnders.
