DAYTON, Ohio — Public radio is getting a boost from two legendary comedians. Dave Chappelle and “The Daily Show” part-time host Jon Stewart will team up on Feb. 13 in Dayton for a fundraiser to benefit WYSO FM/91.3, a public radio station based in Yellow Springs. Chappelle and Stewart will not perform standup routines but instead will hold an “unfiltered” conversation at Schuster Center in Dayton, the Dayton Daily News reports. “There will be a couch, a desk and potted plants with Jon Stewart as the host for the evening. “They’re two of the most important voices calling out how dangerous it is that First Amendment rights are being trampled, that we’re seeing censorship of important voices and legacy media capitulating to the Trump administration,” Dennis says.
